When your time comes, leave your loved ones the most precious gift of all - your wishes for your end-of-life. Many people find talking about death pretty darn uncomfortable. Possibly a little confronting, scary even. Which means we don't talk about dying, even when we know we need to. At Finity we have deep experience across all phases of life - from living well, to end-of-life, death and beyond. In your consultation a trained consultant will guide you through  a series of questions to capture your preferences for end-of-life. The good news is... we can reassure you that talking about death won't kill you! Finity will then create a comprehensive document for you to be able to share and discuss your wishes with your loved ones. Your 90 minute consultation will be an interview-style conversation focusing on eight key areas: 1. Personal details 2. Religious/cultural observations 3. If anything happens to me... 4. At my end of life 5. Wishes for my body 6. My funeral wishes 7. Memorialisation 8. Life admin/digital assets At the conclusion of our session we'll spend a few minutes reviewing your responses before we close. Once we have a draft of your Finity End of Life plan (usually 3-4 days) we'll reconnect to share it with you. You will then have another few days to review, make any changes or add anything you may have forgotten. And then it's done! Your very own Finity end-of-life plan is complete. We'll send you a PDF digital file for sharing electronically with your loved ones and two beautiful printed copies. You can print off additional copies, email it to your family and trusted friends. We also strongly recommend sharing it with your legal advisor and having it added to your will. Leaving you to get back to enjoying your best life! Your Finity package includes: 15 minute introductory call, 1 x ~120 minute Zoom/phone consultation, 1 x bespoke Finity end-of-life plan supplied as 1 x PDF and 2 x printed copies.
