I help individuals and families navigate ageing, illness, grief and end-of-life with greater compassion, clarity and calm. Based in Newcastle NSW, I support families in person across Newcastle, the Central Coast Hunter region and Sydney, and remotely Australia-wide.

Being of service has always been at the heart of who I am.

After a long career in communications and designing experiences that connect people, in 2020 I established Finity to focus on what I love most: helping individuals and families navigate the complex and scary terrains of ageing, illness, and end-of-life, with warmth, honesty, and a dash of humour.

From an early age I was fascinated by how poorly we "do" death as a society. For something so natural - and something every one of us will experience - it has always struck me that we could embrace ageing, illness and end-of-life with far less fear if we simply talked about these things more openly.
