The truth is we all know how this ends. Most of us don't want to die and hope it won't happen any time soon. So we put off having awkward conversations about our own end of life until it's too late.Â
A Finity end-of-life plan is a really simple way to prepare for the inevitable - so you know your wishes are captured and your family will be saved even greater heartache when you die.
IS A FINITY END-OF-LIFE PLAN LEGAL?

On its own a Finity end-of-life plan is only a record of your wishes. We recommend speaking with your legal advisor and having them include it as part of your will (so it becomes a legally-binding document).
WHAT IS AN END-OF-LIFE DOULA?
As an end-of-life doula I provide practical, emotional, spiritual and cultural support to people facing their mortality.
I walk alongside people and their families, providing comfort and helping them to explore options and feel as empowered as possible during this momentous life transition.
I HAVE A WILL. DO I NEED A FINITY PLAN?
Wills usually cover what happens to your possessions. A Finity end-of-life plan instead records personal wishes and information that is not often covered in wills, such as what kind of end of life you desire, your funeral wishes and how you may like to be remembered.

I DON'T HAVE A WILL.
DO I NEED AN END-OF-LIFE PLAN?
Absolutely! A Finity end-of-life plan covers details usually not included in wills. Once you have your Finity end-of-life plan, we recommend getting a legal advisor to draft up a will (which covers what happens to your assets when you die) and including your plan as part of your will.
DO YOU OFFER END-OF-LIFE PLANNING SESSIONS FORÂ GROUPS?
We sure do!
Finity can conduct a special group session for up to a maximum of five adults. For families or larger groups we offer a slightly different approach to creating your end-of-life plan where we host a guided interactive session.
