As an end-of-life coach, I walk alongside people and families experiencing a life-limiting diagnosis, providing practical, spiritual, cultural and emotional support to help you take back control of your life. Working in tandem with your clinical and medical teams, I act as the glue that brings together all your services and support, instilling confidence and helping you to make informed decisions about the end-of-life you desire. End-of-life is a time of momentous transition that we at Finity have deep respect for. It can be a hugely challenging, confusing and distressing time where you may feel powerless. Our role is to help you prepare for death, and in doing so, empower you and your loved ones to create a unique and uplifting experience around death and bereavement. Some of the assistance Finity offers includes: - Assisting with paperwork and documentation - Creating communication plans and looping in all stakeholders - Creating life plans - bucket lists, emotional wills, legacy documents - Exploring treatment options including complementary therapies - Identifying funeral preferences - Navigating health, medical care and support teams, ensuring everyone is communicating - Responding to a client's changing needs - Coordinating/supporting your comfort care - Arranging visitations and final farewells - Designing bespoke life celebrations (both living and deceased) - Making arrangements for after death/at home/funeral care - Providing emotional and spiritual support for client, family and friends - Advising on end-of-life legal requirements... plus much more.
